All Star Battle of the Bands Itineraries

Thursday 2/2/23 - Dress Rehearsal @ Mercedes Benz Stadium

• Attire - M3 Shirt/Jeans you can march in/Band Hoodie or Jacket/Band Shoes and Spats/Band Hat
• Time Schedule - Arrive already Dressed
  • 8:00am - Call time in Band Room/Attendance
  • 8:45am - Load Equipment/Load Buses
  • 9:30am - Departure to Mercedes Benz
  • 11:00-12:30 - Rehearsal/Walk Thru
  • 12:45 - Load Up/Depart to PHS

Saturday 2/4/23 - Showtime Day!

• Attire - Maroon Band Shirt/Shorts under uniform/Band Uniform and Shako/Band Hat/Black Socks/Gloves/FULL UNIFORM
• Time Schedule
  • 7:00AM - Call Time at Band Room - 7am
  • 8:00AM - LoadEquipment/Load Bus -
  • 8:45AM - Depart to Mercedes Benz Stadium
  • 9:30AM - Arrive at Mercedes Benz Stadium
  • 11:00AM - Boxed Lunch Served
  • 3:00PM - BOTB Begins - Pebblebrook will perform 1st or 2nd.  (Pebblebrook will sit and watch the rest of the show after our performance
  • 6:30-7:30 - Pebblebrook departs Mercedes Benz Stadium
