Dear 8th Grade School Parents and Students,
It gives us great pleasure to invite you to participate in the Pebblebrook High School Band Middle School Night 2023 being held on September 22th at the PHS football stadium. Your child would participate with one of the most outstanding organizations on campus; the PHS Marching Band. This will be an unforgettable experience that will allow the middle school band students to interact and learn from the high school band students. It is our hopes that from this experience, you child will attend Pebblebrook next year and be a part of the Award Winning “Mighty Marching Machine”!! Students from Lindley and Betty Gray Middle Schools will ride the bus. Students from other middle schools must secure your own transportation. We will provide pizza and a Pebblebrook Band Shirt for the students to wear.
Parents must purchase a ticket to attend the game. Click here to purchase a ticket. There is a clear bag policy at the football game.

The schedule for the evening will go as follows:
After School – Lindley/Betty Gray Middle School- Report to the band room after school.
5:00 – Depart Lindley or Betty Gray M. S. for PHS Bandroom
5:15 – Arrive at PHS/Meal (Provided)/Change into band tee shirts (provided)
5:45 – Rehearsal with the “Mighty Marching Machine”
6:45 – Line up for stadium entrance
7:30 – Game Begins
10:30 - Estimated Time Game will end. This is just an estimate and not an exact time. Be prepared to be flexible as the students are dismissed and secure their instruments and equipment.
***PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING UP THE STUDENT FROM THE PHS BAND ROOM ONCE THEY ARE DISMISSED*** STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE GAME EARLY. PARENTS SHOULD EITHER ATTEND THE GAME OR BE ON STANDBY TO PICK UP THEIR CHILD.
